You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Children under 13 may use CrayonCave with parental supervision using a parent's account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. One account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the referral system, or engage in fraudulent activity.

CrayonCave provides digital coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use. When you purchase or unlock a page, you receive a license to download, print, and color it for personal enjoyment.

You may: print pages for personal use, share printed pages with family, use pages in a classroom setting for your students.

You may not: resell, redistribute, or sublicense downloaded files; use pages in commercial products (books, merchandise, prints for sale) without a commercial license; claim authorship of AI-generated pages; use automated tools to bulk-download the catalog.

AI Studio generates coloring pages from your text descriptions and optional reference images. Generated pages are for your personal use under the same license as library pages.

You must not use AI Studio to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates our content guidelines. We reserve the right to block prompts or generations that violate these rules.

AI generation uses third-party providers and may occasionally produce unexpected results. Failed generations do not consume credits.

By uploading a child's photo to create a Personalized Adventure coloring book, the parent or guardian authorizes CrayonCave to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating the requested coloring book.

How your photo is used: The photo and character name you provide are sent to OpenAI for AI image generation. OpenAI processes the image to generate coloring book pages. No other data about your child is sent to any third party.

Retention: Photos are retained for a maximum of 30 days after the coloring book is complete, then permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain photos beyond this window under any circumstances.

What we never do: Photos are not used for AI model training, advertising, user profiling, or any purpose beyond generating your coloring book. Photos are not sold, licensed, or shared with any party other than OpenAI for processing.

Your right to delete: You may request immediate deletion of your child's photo at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.

By uploading a child's photo, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, that you have the right to share that image, and that you consent to its processing as described above.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. One-time purchases (bundles, single unlocks) are non-recurring.

Sunday Club is a monthly subscription at $7.99/month. New members receive a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused Sunday Club credits roll over up to a cap of 6. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

You may share your referral code with friends. Both you and your friend receive bonus credits when your friend creates an account and verifies their email.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated signups, and any form of referral abuse will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.

The CrayonCave catalog consists of AI-generated images. Under current law, purely AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright protection. Your license to use purchased pages is contractual, not based on copyright transfer.

The CrayonCave brand, logo, website design, and all original text and software are the intellectual property of CuprBot Labs Inc.

CrayonCave is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI generation results, or that all pages will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuprBot Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CrayonCave. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
