CrayonCave is meant to be your relaxing escape — not a source of stress. If something goes wrong with your order, reach out and we will take care of it.

Bundles and downloads
Coloring pages, bundles, and credits are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Since digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer automatic refunds after you have accessed your files.
If there is a problem — a duplicate charge, a broken file, or something that did not deliver correctly — contact us and we will make it right.
Sunday Club
Sunday Club starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved when you join, and billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel first.
If Sunday Club is not for you, cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged. You can manage your subscription from your dashboard at any time.
After a paid billing cycle starts, we do not offer automatic refunds for that period. If there was a billing error, reach out and we will sort it out.
Design My Own
If a generation fails or looks nothing like what you described, we will restore your credits. Just let us know.
Completed generations that worked as expected are not refundable, but you can always try a different prompt.
